Poonam Shirsat the Founder of THE SKILL COMPANY is in the field of education since 2009. Her career in Training began with the setup of her Academy in Nagpur, now well known as Amon Ra’s Academy of Broadcasting, for being Central India’s Radio Training Academy with maximum placements in the industry across India training the Youth in the field of Radio and Personality Grooming. With Electronics and Telecommunication background she is also trained in Radio Station Management and Operations and has been Training and instrumental in placing several students in the Radio Industry.

She is referred to as a Gentle Giant of the Academy who ensures focus and dedication. She handles issues personal and professional with equal aplomb. Training professionally since 11 years she brings a personal touch to the most mundane of topics.

With an experience in grooming youth in Personality upgrading, Anchoring and Soft Skills, She has been invited by several educational Institutions and Corporate bodies like Cadila, Meditab, Medispray pharma, Hotel HQ, Job Secura and Team Thai- Calicut, Lokmat Group and Navbharat in Nagpur, Dental Avenues Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, Minda Corporation, Pune, Astral Pipes, CEDOK, ITX TEMPE- Gurgaon, Thomas Cook, Bajaj Alliance, Saksham Group besides various educational institutes and social organizations etc. She is also the resource person for the Goa State Innovation Council and for Bajaj financial Services.
